What the counter records
We keep daily totals of page views, estimated visits, clicks on telephone and email links, and enrollment inquiry activity. We group referral sources into broad categories such as Google, Facebook, and direct or unknown traffic.
The traffic counter does not store your name, email address, telephone number, form answers, IP address, exact referral URL, or search terms. Each event receives a random identifier to prevent duplicate counting; these identifiers are retained for up to seven days and removed when subsequent events are processed. Daily totals are retained for reporting.
Your browser settings
A temporary record in your browser tab keeps the broad referral category and the time of your last activity. This helps estimate a new visit after 30 minutes without activity. It does not identify you across devices. The counter does not use tracking cookies. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals where available.
You can also turn off this counter in this browser. Your choice is saved on this device and does not affect your ability to use the website.
Enrollment inquiries
The enrollment form is separate from this traffic counter. Information you choose to submit is used to respond to your inquiry and is processed through FormSubmit, as described beside the form. A recorded form acceptance means the form service accepted the request; it does not prove an email reached an inbox or that enrollment is complete.
